The ingredients needed to prepare Cherry Biscuits:
- Get 130 g butter
- You need 240 ml white sugar
- Get 1 egg
- Use 15 ml vanilla essence
- Use 60 ml chopped glace cherries (less or more to your taste)

- Pre Heat Oven 170c (between 180 and 140)

- You should have a large ball of dough. Pinch off small amounts of dough and roll into balls between your hands(if you want a bigger biscuits make larger balls).
- Place balls on the pre pared baking tray and flatten slightly with a fork.
- Bake for about 15minues baking times vary depending on your oven (best to keep an eye on them so the don't burn)
