  2. Get 4 servings Premade chirashi sushi seasoning
  3. Provide 1 Shrimp, whelk, flying fish roe
  4. Provide 1 egg Kinshi tamago (finely shredded thin omelette)
  5. Use 1 Salmon flakes (readymade)
  6. Prepare 1 sheet Toasted nori seaweed

  1. Cook the rice on the harder side. Use a fan to cool the rice while mixing in the chirashi sushi seasoning.
