- Use 1 cup Waterchestnut (shingada)powder
- Prepare 1 cup Jaggery
- Use 2-3 tablespoon Desi ghee

- In a pan add desi ghee roast water chestnut powder on low flame.
- When it becomes light brown add 1cup water and 1 cup milk.
- Steam for 4 -5 mins. Add Jaggery (use powdered Jaggery or cut it into small pieces.)
