  2. Use 300 g (10.58 oz) Tofu *semi-firm
  3. Use 400 g (14.10 oz) Water chestnut
  4. Provide 200 g (7.05 oz) Onion

  6. You need 5 packs Shumai / Gyoza dumpling sheets *phyllo dough
  7. Get 4 tbsp Japanese sake *rice wine
