The ingredients needed to prepare Mini Snowballs:
  1. You need 625 ml self-raising flour
  2. Use 125 g butter or margarine
  3. Get 250 ml castor sugar
  4. Prepare 5 ml vanilla essence

  4. Heat the jam and water together to make a syrup. Spread eahals with the extra jam and sandwich together then dunk into the warm syrup
  5. Colour the coconut with red food colouring. Roll the snowball in the coconut and leave to cool. Enjoy!…
