The ingredients needed to prepare Mini Snowballs:
- You need 625 ml self-raising flour
- Use 125 g butter or margarine
- Get 250 ml castor sugar
- Prepare 5 ml vanilla essence
- Provide 125 ml smooth apricot jam plus extra 45ml fir spreading

- Heat the jam and water together to make a syrup. Spread eahals with the extra jam and sandwich together then dunk into the warm syrup
